Ordering from a Vintage Sole is easy. Simply find a style you love, choose your size, and click the “add to bag” button. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout. Pay using your Visa® or MasterCard®. Upon ordering, you will receive an email confirmation. Another email will arrive when your shoes ship.

shipping

We ship through FedEx. Your shipping options will be presented to you at checkout. In order to ensure that your shoes have arrived safely at your door, we send all of our shipments with signature confirmation upon delivery.

At this time we do not offer international shipping. If you are interested in our shoes and live outside of the United States, please contact us at contact@avintagesole.com to further discuss your options.
 

if the shoe fits…

Since the return policy at a Vintage Sole is slightly strict, we want to provide you with some guidelines and suggestions for trying on your shoes. We’d hate for you to inadvertently damage your shoes while slipping them on your foot.

Carpeting is essential when trying on your shoes. Avoid surfaces that might be hard on your shoes — especially concrete, linoleum, and wood flooring. Carpeting will protect them from scuffing and damaging the sole.

Evening is often best for true fit. Your feet expand as you go through the day. Trying your shoes on at the end of the day will ensure that they fit your foot while it is at its largest. We’d hate for your shoes to be uncomfortable on a night out dancing.

If your foot doesn’t fit, don’t force it. We’ve all been there. The shoe is just so cute, and you desperately want it to fit your foot. Sometimes it just doesn’t. Breathe deeply, extract your foot, and continue browsing our site to find another gem that will fit.

We hope these suggestions help you. We have documentation of how the shoes looked when we shipped them to you. If the shoes do not match that condition upon their return, they will be returned to you at your expense. We do this so that we can continue to offer our customers the highest quality vintage shoes. Keeping our inventory in mint condition is import to us. It’s what enables us to continue to offer you top quality options..
