By placing an order with a Vintage Sole, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth on our website.

• You, the customer, have 10 days to return your shoes after you initially receive them — as long as no damage has been sustained.

• We reserve the right to refuse the return of any shoes if we deem them to be in a different condition than they were when shipped to you. We do understand that things happen that our out of your control. If this is the case, send us your plight, and we’ll se what we can do.

• All shoes are accepted in their current condition. As these shoes are vintage, there are certain risks of wear that accompany them. We at a Vintage Sole are unable to guarantee their longevity and take no responsibility for damage that they incur through wear. (Please note that damage from wear is by all means the exception and not the rule. However, it is a reality that it sometimes happens.)

We hope you love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes the shoe just isn’t quite right. Please review the following procedures regarding our return policy.

All returns are gladly accepted by a Vintage Sole as long as they meet the following criteria.

1. The shoes and the box must be in the same condition in which they were sent. This means no marks and no wear to them. We document the condition of all shoes leaving our facility and will know if there has been a change.

2. The return must be within 10 days of the receipt of the shoes. After that time, the shoes will no longer be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

3. Contact returns@avintagesole.com to begin the return process before shipping your shoes back. We appreciate the heads up so that we can process your return in a more timely manner.

4. All refunds will go back onto the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any return.
 

condition

All shoes from a Vintage Sole are authentic, vintage footwear in mint condition. Each pair is still in the box and has never been worn. Some have never been out of the box or even tried on a foot. Each pair of shoes is carefully inspected before being placed on our site for sale.

Occasionally, a shoe or pair of shoes will have a minor flaw that doesn’t affect the wearability of the shoes. If this is the case, a note detailing the imperfection will accompany the description of the style.

Our shoes are sold in an “as is” condition. To retain their authenticity, we have refrained from altering our shoes from the condition in which we received them.

The inventory of a Vintage Sole is genuine vintage footwear. We make every effort to accurately convey the condition of our inventory. However, we cannot guarantee their durability upon wear. We do not take any responsibility for damages that incur from wear. We have worn a number of different styles ourselves without any problems. We do not foresee you having any difficulties either.
